Bereavement Committee
Bereavement - Families are assisted at the time of death of their loved one with a parish visit to plan the funeral liturgies, to offer a luncheon following the funeral. An annual memorial service is celebrated on All Souls Day with a reception to follow hosted by the Bereavement Committee which consists of 11-14 volunteers.
This group of parishioners are available to assist a family when they experience the death of one of their members. Any one or more of the following services is available:
- Help in planning the funeral liturgy
- Preparation of a funeral luncheon (presently not available because of Covid pandemic)
- Preparation of a reception for the yearly memorial service in memory of those during the year at the parish's All Soul Service.
